What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

It has rained for 2 days straight, 6 inches so far and another 2 to 4 on the way. I am staying inside :), this Northwoods Gunstock Jack should suffice.

I finally got around to making some scales for my Svord Mini Peasant. It looked a bit too much like a chili pepper to me with those red plastic scales on there.

Very nice job Kevin:cool::thumbup:

Golly gee what a large shield :D I think it's a great photo Erik and very nicely done by S&M. I like their new logo on the tang as well.

Thank you Tim, it does have quite a large shield but it doesn't really bother me.

Beautiful! Your photo sells that knife better than the dealer pictures I've seen -- there are some really neat subtleties to that jigging.

Thanks Dadpool, I actually like the pile side better.

Bad picture???:confused::confused::eek:No.

I'm not usually a fan of the Gunstock but somehow these new Schatt versions have sparked my interest, nice steel, good bone, fine pin work and I even like the outlandish shield-giant. :D What is the closed length please? I've seen it on one site at 3.25" but I'm sceptical about that....

Thanks, Will

Thank you Will, as Dadpool has already confirmed it is 3.25". Although i think it actually carries bigger. I am really happy with it.

For the past two days I have been carrying my Northwoods Burnside Jack that recently made it home after a trip to Glennbad for some work. It's sporting some new smooth autumn (correction: amber) bone covers. :thumbup:

Very nice :) Stay dry :thumbup:

Still under the weather here too, so not sure I'll be going anywhere today. Large areas are underwater, and I'm still not firing on all cylinders after a strange virus. I need to summon some Charlow Power! :D :thumbup:

Erik, those new covers look fantastic! If everyone did their smooth autumn bone that deep and rich I would be one very broke individual.

Nice TC Jack :thumbup:. Dry thoughts sent from across the pond ;)

Great looking covers on the Burnside, Erik! Nice work from Glenn.

Erik - that is AWESOME! Congrats! :thumbup: Glenn sure does great work.

That Dunlop is special, David. Do you have a pattern name yet? Lanny's Foot maybe? :D

Nice work :thumbup:

Hope you are feeling better, Jack. Great shot of your Ancient!

There is a glimpse of sunlight outdoors this morning, so i am heading out with a #25 Little Jack in my pocket.

Great little knife!

This beautiful swell center that my awesome mom gave me for Christmas.
Very nice! I'd say your mom done good, Fire Beard!

Thank you David, Erik, and Gary! I do have a correction though, they are smooth amber bone covers. Not the autumn bone. I was tired last night. D'oh!
