New to the forum, have always been into and had knives but recently got a little more into it. Totin' my grandfather's old Buck 309 that my mom gave me for Christmas.

Been forever since I have posted here just been a ton busy with work and moving which is a good thing truthfully. Glad to see the porch is still occupied with you fine folks and old scallywags!

Today I'm totin the Buck Canoe which I just got.
Well made imo. Under $18. I'm not usually a canoe fan but took to this one as soon as I saw it.
Also took the MM too.
Thanks for looking.

I have been pocketing the GEC 15 Farmboy since it came just before Christmas. What a perfect set of blades!

More cold and snow here, looks like it will be heading east next week. Hoping to take Cleo to play in the snow this afternoon, these 3 are with me today

Marbles "Loveless Approved" sport in 4 pin stag and vacuum melt 52100B, Claude Scott sheath, Todd Davison swayback in Sambar stag and ATS 34, F. Hartkopf lock back in Thuya burl and 330 layer Markus Balbach damascus

Wow nice pics of nice knives today, everyone!
I'm toting this Don Morrow Trapper. It needed some attention and it's such a nice knife to CE&CF!

I don't believe Bob designed the shape,(he did design the Beretta and Schrade knives, but I have not seen any info in my books of Loveless that state it is his design) but possibly the Lauermans or Mike Stewart approached Bob and asked what he thought of the leaf shape blade, he might have had some pointers. Obviously he allowed them to use his name, but also including "approved". These were made in the late 90's/early 00's. Maybe someone with more info can clarify. Either way, it is a fantastic knife, heat treated well, and very sharp.

I like that one Gary. I have no experience with Don Morrow's work, but I've heard nothing but good. Especially his grinds and in particular his edge work being above par.
