Ted,
I have one real simular that I've had since mid '70s, ecept mine is a Camillus with stag. Did Ka-bar make these for Camillus or visa-versa? Great knives.

Thanks
Mitch

I'm going to have to get me one of those 2016 collabs!

I'm off to run the snow blower, again, so I'll say a real quick great knives posted lately! I love this thread!

I really like those, do you have anymore info? I'm new to Case. One inch of snow and my state turns chaotic and shuts down.

Just wow. What an amazing pic.

Snow day! :)

Another great pairing.

What is that item at the bottom of your pic?

Hi, The top one is the Case-Bose Collaboration for 2014. It's a Lockback Wharncliffe Whittler. 4", 154CM. All the collabs are limited number. I think the Ebony is usually 200.
The bottom knife is the Case-Bose collaboration for 2009. It's a Norfolk pattern, 3 3/4", 154CM.
The 2016 collab, Wilfred Lockback Hunter, was just revealed in another thread, http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php/1352524-Case-Bose-2016-annual-knife.

Feel free to PM if you have other questions. I'm more then happy to answer them if I can.

^^^Thank you, Peregrin for that well written response. I am going to check the new thread now, but that Case-Bose Lockback is too sweet. I don't usually like Lockback pocket knives, but that one is primo.

Thanks again.

Great carries today everyone and the photography is outstanding!
Just finished this barlow and it is my first attempt at hollow grinding. Hope you like it and I will be making more to sell when I upgrade to knife maker/service provider.
My photography skills need some work. :o

Those case/Bose knives are something else. I dream of owning a coffin jack one day.
For some reason I seem to remember that you live in GA. If so, it could always be worse. Just think back to a couple years ago when the highways just shut down in the middle of the afternoon. Thank god I left Atlanta an hour or so before all that chaos happened and didn't get stranded out there with everybody else.

That is great news! I love those copper bolsters, and the stag you use is always amazing.

David, that Dunn is something special man! I'm glad to see the final product after you told me about the project months ago. Very cool!!

A Schrade day on this snowy January morning:

You're doing it again.... :D

(As remarked upon before: what a fine form factor, the lines, the shield.)

These two again today, a fresh photograph-- Red, Cold, and Blue:

GEC #66 Calf Roper Stockman, #25 Little Jack

Very unusual shield on that red knife Sarah - might be an old NYKC design. ;):)

I do not know its forebear(s), only that GEC has alternately called it a Short Run/"Saints"/Fleur-de-lis shield, possibly now settling on the last. It's my favorite of their shield offerings so far, and the reason I opted for this particular Red knife.

I especially like how it tapers instead of being a uniform width. :)

Interesting to me that GEC used the same shield on another #66 pattern, but moved it towards the pivot end in this Jack iteration:
