Had these two with me at work - it was a Pioneer kind of day.
They are both nice, but the bone on the Barlow is stunning!
Beautiful red soup TC, Jack; and the deep center channel really sets it off.
Beautiful shot of that classic, Shane. The bone on that is superb.
I've got a dark red/maroon theme going today, TC Stew's blade & Northwoods Presidential (EDC).

Texas weather is weird. Hope your having a fine day, my friend Just a side note...I saw a magnificent bobcat yesterday!! What an experience....wow! He was one of the biggest I've ever seen. A sign I thinkThe Dog Soldier...soldiers on. It brought me good luck yesterday.

A beautiful Charlow with a fantastic worm groove :thumbup: but those rope knives keep making me want to buy things I can't afford right now :grumpy: Great selection, Jack!
Glad to see that ol' reliable half-congress is getting even more mileage. :thumbup: I have an old KK with similar levels of blade "wear"
that I am going to try and work into my carry this week. I have a feeling that gorgeous pickbone will warm you and anyone else who sees it right up.
I've always liked one-armed Barlows even though I don't have as many as I'd like. That TC is top-notch and oh so easy on the eyes! But that Presidential pattern is a real breathtaker. :thumbup::thumbup:
That RR looks better than some knives 5x the cost, plus it's always more special when gifted. Great carry!

I am cropping a slightly-older photo of today's carry, since the sun is playing hide-and-seek and it's been an awfully busy Monday. My recently-acquired Cutsure Barlow is riding with Mac (again). One day I'm going to remember to take some pictures of my trusty but not-too-photogenic SAK instead of leaving it in the sheath like a second-class citizen.

Thanks, Dean! I've found bits and pieces about the knife -- it appears to be the knife brand for Kruse & Bahlmann Hdwe. of Cincinnati, from no later than 1962 -- and a quick search doesn't turn up a single Cutsure Barlow on the 'bay since 2010, so I'm starting to think that this is a really notable addition to my Barlow family. That's the great thing about an old bone Barlow - it makes no bones about riding in the watch pocket.
