A pleasure GT!

 I think that regularly using knives gives a better perspective in terms of their design

The Stockman have been neglected recently!

That's acrylic on the Boker, I think they did a nice job of it

TEW still make that Stockman I think, pretty tough knife
I like your working knives again, particularly the Imperial
Thanks, Jack.
Another Stockman today, a gift from the good Mr Gevonovich

Thats a venerable, well-used example, Jack; glad youre showing off your stockmen this week!
Black-and-white (and a little red) today. It is supposed to storm for the next 5 days, so I am going to try for more colorful pairings the rest of the week in an attempt to keep cheerful

.
Cheerful is good, Tom!
I'm spending the day with this favorite - A New Day TC Barlow in evergreen.
Terrific Choice, Dean!

Thanks for the fine compliment! I think the RR trapper looks to be a very capable knife:thumbup:
Thanks, Gev.

A trapper is not my favorite pattern by any means, and especially not a full-size trapper with two big blades. But the RR is well-made, and the pattern is certainly popular and historic, so since I have it, I should occasionally flaunt it, right?

Going classy today
Boy Howdy, thats classy for sure, Ernie!

Sway Back in the pocket today
Ivory FB Barlow carried to the post office.
Holy fish bones, Mark! Those are a couple of outstanding knives! You must be very proud of your work on those!!:thumbup:
I've been off and on the forums lately. Sometimes when I'm not doing well, I have a hard time focusing on the computer so I end up just logging off. Having said that, I want to thank everyone for the fine compliments on my new Ohta the last couple days. I just don't want folks thinking I'm ignoring them. Much love to everyone here.
Outstanding 38, Bob! I hope and pray that you can have more good days than bad ones.
That one's a Case Classic, limited edition made by Queen in 1994. It's a 5355 pattern Wharncliffe whittler with stag covers 3 13/16" length, Wharncliffe main opposed by two modified coping blades. The stag is a beautiful, mellow, golden color, and it's only getting better over time. This one's super cool, too, because it's serial number 0000.
This one came to me by way of a kind and generous fellow forumite who posted it in a GAW a few years back (you know who you are... Cheers and thanks again, mate!).

What an incredible stag whittler, puukkoman! Thanks for more info and photos of that stunner.

Cleaned up real nice, didnt it??!!

I picked this one up off the exchange, used, and right in the pocket it goes. Dixie stockman, antique black jigged bone.
You aint just whistlin Dixie when you say thats worth getting, Jeff!
Thank you Gary!

Nice trapper.
Why not another one today?
Thanks, Ron. Another snazzy sheepsfoot Charlow you have there! What does GEC call the color of that bone? It almost perfectly matches the background in your photo!
These today : Catt , 85 , and 77

Harry
Thats a thrilling threesome, Harry!
Today with the manly stuff_
Excellent pic of your breathtaking antique amber sawcut, Tim! I couldnt figure out the background until I scrolled down and saw your second photo!
Couple of other knives I'm carrying Monday-Friday this week came to me from across the sea:
a stainless ring-opener from Sheffield by way of Jack Black
and a French pattern (made in China, I suspect) purchased in Denia, Spain - a cheap knife but perhaps the most pleasant walk & talk of any knife I own!
