What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I would love to see a pic of the sheath, johnnyfive, and thank you very much for sharing this piece of Bob's history.

Just a Rough Rider, but a nice knife. How many RRs are too many?

Well, since a RR is a knife, then you are actually asking, "How many knives are too many?" No such thing as too many knives.

Nice Jeff! Glad you found one from Josh

Thanks Dan, it's a beauty. I am an instant fan, just fantastic craftsmanship. It got a lot of use and worked great over the weekend.

Here it is with the coyote lounging and soaking in the views at crater lake :)

Thanks GT, and no it is not my presidential. It is a sheepsfoot 15 that mrknife generously sent me.

Cute dog, and funny picture! :)

Thanks.

I'm carrying the 15 again. This knife tics so many boxes for me. I don't see myself leaving it at home anytime soon.

I just posted this in the modified production knives thread but thought I'd throw it in here as well since it will be in my pocket tomorrow too. I just "Bighazedified" my Case 3318 medium stockman. I bought it a few years back but was never fully satisfied with the yellow delrin. I liked it but always find I like the older jigged bone handles more. Well, in my bag of goodies I received a few weeks back was a 1980ish medium stockman with two of the three blades broken. However the jigged bone scales were in great shape and beautifully pocket worn from years of carry. The dye job on it wasn't spectacular but I already came up with a plan. So the idea was to take the old handles and put them on the new knife with nice full blades. And also to use black Rit dye and make this one totally mine. So here is a before and after.

This is going to make a great little worry stone for the pocket
