What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Is yours in "antique yellow"? I had that happen with my Crown Lifter. It was a bit startling, as I noticed my hands getting a slightly jaundiced look, and didn't realize it was coming from the knife at first. :D After a few washings, it stopped, and the color has stayed stable. I figured they may have skipped a final rinse on that batch or something.

Yeah it is. Doesn't bother me too much exept some groves are bright some are still dark. Gives the knife a somewhat unfinished look. Oh well. Will get wet again. Will use the heck out of it. Have been carrying it since the day i got it. And always in my pants pockets[emoji41]

Morning everyone, Happy May Day, and I hope you all have a good Sunday :)

Great to see that one again Ken

Kris, I always love seeing that Bose knife, but felt compelled to acknowledge the beautiful work on that rounded spine and cut swedge on the Craddock. That's a beautifully made knife.

:thumbup[:

That's some very classy leather

Thanks, Jack. :) When I saw your Barlow photo, my first thought was “cheery”; when I saw the Davison, I thought “elegant”.

Thanks a lot my friend :)

Great pic of an impressive knife Derek

I'm carrying this one today, the closest thing I have to my Grandad's old Rodgers Bunny Knife

- it's Sunday, so Sunday Best today...

And a Happy May Day to you, Jack...........hope your back's much better, fella :)

Love the color on that one Ron!!

Chris, that pioneer bone (?) looks really great on that viper...

Carrying the Davison that started it all for me. #1207, ATS-34, dyed and stabilized black and gold Box Elder Burl.

Under the Weather today but I have my OT 720 , a small Western stock man and a Large Wiss brand Stock man.

GEC 47 snakeskin acrylic. It is not easy to capture the gold color in a picture. It is brown until bright light shines on it.
