GEC Toe and Small Barlow.

Made sheath for the gigante. :)

Thanks Chris, let me know what you think.

These two are with me today, about to take Cleo for a walk.

Mike Craddock personal carry in hand forged W2 with hamon, from DHIII's round stock, walrus ivory handle, mokume gane spacer(and sheath onlay) with explosion damascus guard and butt cap; along with a Texas jack from the one and only, Tony Bose. The spectacular sheath was made for me, by the talented, Larry Parsons.

I just spent the last hour or so looking back and catching up on all I have missed since my last visit. Wonderful knives on all days.
I feel like I am in good company today with this pair. ;) Hope everyone has a great weekend. :D

Got this one in my thigh pocket all day. Homemade slip. All my knives are users and me and my daughter loce fruit. Hence a heavy patina on a week old 98. Image1462031301.349433.jpg

OT: the dye got sucked out a lot the first time it got real wet. Anybody else experienced that?

Here's the Menefee after a few hours of hand sanding. I got all of the scratches out of the blade, backspring, pivot pin and the scales. Gave the scales a good buffing, sharpened the blade and gave it a good wash and oiling. Ready for use now!! (pay no mind to the little spec of lint by the center pin and a small piece on the blade)

Thanks Chui-888, here are a few quick pics of the hamon and cut swedge, rounded spine, 1/4 inch hand forged W2, gotta love it! There is a reflection toward the end of the hamon in the pic, blade is ultra clean and polished. Some of the best grinds of any of my knives. Thanks again for the kind words, I always enjoy seeing your fine collection.

I had to quote this, just to show it again. This knife deserves the attention.

Fantastic piece!

Love that sheath for the big ol' nail! But really love the Barlow ;)

I haven't been able to carry anything for the last couple of days but popped these in my pockets this afternoon to make up for it. I really like the farmers Jack pattern - although still very new to me.
