Neat photo, Paul, of your new 85. I like the jigging on that bone.

Carried one of my favorite TC Barlows today. I may keep this in the pocket for a few days. (Recycled photo)

Thanks Dean, the only other #85 I have is 2011 forum knife and I never seem to carry it:o I can see why thats a favorite TC of yours...wonderful knife:thumbup:

A little over a week and I'm 15+ pages behind.

This wasn't the greatest week for knife knuttery. I took photos for Stag Saturday last week, then from Sunday until the end of the week pretty much everything went pear-shaped. My cat passed at the beginning of the week which caught me off-guard because her vet was so cheerfully optimistic about her prospects when I first brought her in, so I spent most of the week dealing with that. I had some more nutsoid deadlines and a project I had proposed at work was nixed for reasons I consider silly but was not given an opportunity to argue. My wonky knee has been flaring up in a massive way, making getting around fairly difficult. Even my hockey team seems to be tanking all of a sudden. It's been a rough one, all told.

Stag Saturday from a week ago, a pair of Queens with some amorous avians:

The handful of knives I thoughtlessly grabbed Sunday turned into a week-long carry -- with one change midway through. My head wasn't anywhere near choosing knives to carry each day, so I just kept toting the same ones. At one point I swapped the stag gunstock for the Barlow (since carrying two larger knives was proving a bit inconvenient) but I figured the lot deserved some sort of commemoration, so towards the end of the week I took a quick snapshot of the group that got me through my rough patch.

Yesterday's Stag Saturday totes (old photos, including one of the last I took of my poor cat):

A couple Cases comprise Synthetic Sunday's selections:

With any luck, this week will be better than the last.

well today it's the humble SAKs. I'm packing a Fieldmaster (which has the perfect tool selection IMNSHO with a philips, saw AND scissors :D) and a Camper as back-up. Just in case, you know because you never know when you're going to need a knife, or two for that matter...:D

You and Dean have got to quit posting all those farmer jacks! I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to resist picking one up.
That 85 is a stunner too!

Thanks. Those beer barrel knives are quite attractive!

Just grabbed my no thrills Victorinox soldier (alox). It's one of those tools you want to have for mondays when you don't know what to expect from the day (and the week).

Paul Thanks, most appreciated. I really enjoy the knife and feel a debt of gratitude to Lyle for getting the SFO done. That's some jigging!
