What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I agree with Paul, very nice 4'some you have there Harry

Finally got my hands on a Burnside and love it. Ticks a lot of boxes, easy to carry

Terrific Northwoods Burnside, Drew. Saw some in the exchange recently but not in the budget...it seems that way when they show up. And these do not show up too often.
Great size and the scandi grind with a saber tip is unusual and great looking. My wife and I had our wedding rings crafted by woman that had a booth under the Burnside Bridge, Portland Oregon back in 1981. I bought my future wife a hand mirror and she got me a leather pork-pie hat as wedding gifts for ourselves, besides the rings.

black friday...micarta and horn

I have my daughter's TC Barlow again today. It was her first thunderstorm last night and she loved it (she slept for 3 hours straight!)

Beautiful boots and knife!
I was going to get a pair of beckmans last Christmas, but I ended up settling on a pair of their somewhat generic work boots. I still really want to pick up a pair of Beckmans though. In my month or so of boot research they were the only ones that ticked all the boxes.

I haven't posted here much lately, but I've still been following right along.
This single sheepsfoot 15 has dominated my pocket for the past couple days, and i plan on carrying it again tomorrow. It is such a wonderful little knife!

Thank you Steve! It sure seems that way... none posted for a long time then BAM... What a cool story about you and your wife and the Burnside Bridge! My wife and I use it at least once a week headed to downtown Portland. Loving your carry, black always looks so classy.

This arrived today, new to me. Hyper extending my budget but the soups are something special.

To hot to cook real lunch, let's be frugal back from the market place. Had to work for homemade mayonnaise though...Lag's corkscrew will see action as soon as the Bandol is fresh enough!

Drew you are so right my friend, the Soups are special. I consider myself extremely fortunate to own one of those very same knives.

Back to the Bose!

Jake. it is easy to see how that Bose could dominate ones carry rotation! Just a stunning knife!:eek::D

I have the Old Red Sawcut with me again this morning. Hope all have a great weekend! :D

Today we've been invited to a wedding and the peanut is riding in my pocket
Here it is with my dad's
I gave it to him almost 10 years ago and it's been in his pocket everyday, the bone is showing some wear already, and soon I'll regrind it a little to thin the bevel.

Thanks Ron, I just wish I could figure out how to get BBcode from the phone app - this was done via a rare moment at the PC using your helpful guide (something I never seem to get time for anymore). :)
