Man, this thread is amazing. Y'all have posted some very, very lovely knives. Kudos to everyone!

I switched it up today. No Barlows or peanuts. Single blades taking control of the pocket.

Breathtaking pictures of scenery and knives alike, StoneBeard. Yosemite is one of my absolute favorite places on earth. Are you going to get a chance to hike at Hetch Hetchy as well while you're there?

Thanks, Greg. Yosemite is also one of my favorite places. We met up with some friends who had never been to the park and tried to maximize our short visit to allow them to see as much as possible. We spent two days in the valley and then were forced to make the hard decision between Hetch Hetchy and Toulumne Meadows. Unfortunately we didn't get to HH this trip but I hope to head out that way before winter.

Here's a few pics that closed out the trip-

First time totin' this blue beauty.

That's a purty one sir.

I've been Rangering today. Just my humble Joker to accompany me whilst smoothing out the river after recasting some new stepping stones.

I finally put it to good use now I'm home. Chin chin!

Nice knives everyone!

Very nice Tilley/Daniel!!

Today I carried a GEC 92 and a Northwoods Whittler.

Thanks for the kind words about my red Secretary, Dean. :) With your red spearpoint and your greenish Northwoods, that TC must stand for Turning Christmas!

Thanks, GT! They call that greenish Northwoods blue camel bone. Always hard to tell; I've seen a lot of black camel bone that looks white!

Nice covers on that RR canoe. I have the congress with the same covers. Pretty fancy duds on those!

Ah that one...yes its an OVB HSB and probably a NYKCo. And with the picture of yours...side by side ...we can be almost certain. The pruner is indeed OVB as well....I just checked. So is the Jenny Lind. Every knife in the pictures is HSB and all probably NYKCo

Gorgeous bone, Gev! Not sure what there is about that jigging and color that just does it for me, but it does.:thumbup:

A couple of great knives, Ken! Is that Mammoth on the Norfolk whittler?

I went Geocaching in the woods with this one today.

Thank you, Dean! That TC is outstanding! I was woods walking a few months back and looked in the crag of a tree and saw a camo container. Curiosity got the best of me and I opened it. It had some dinosaur figurines in it and a sign in sheet for those who found it. Very interesting. I have never geo'd but i signed my name and laughed to myself that I happened to find it.

Had my 73 in Stag with me to pick some cucumbers :

Great picture! LOL
