What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

A Seneca cutlery pen knife today! This one is unusual for a pen in that it has half stops on both blades.

Sweeeet Slimline Trapper sir!

Man o man....those turned out spectacular:eek:

To say the least, Dean! :)

On top of that they're contagious!!

Do you think there's a cure?

I've found buying more TC's help, but doesn't exactly clear things up. :o

(P.S.) As always, your carries for today are very nice! But that TC Pocket Slip does it for me every time.

Thanks, Dee!

I've found that buying older Barlows helps my addiction, but once you buy a TC there is no cure! :D

I am so glad I got my TC pocket slip (from Barry aka gunstockjack). It's made out of good leather, a custom job, and it fits my TC EDC like a glove.

Sometimes you got to go for the gusto. Like tonight:

Cold Steel (Camillus) 4" stockman in Delrin and Carbon V blade steel.

IMO Camillus had the quintessential clip blade profile. Perfect.

Nice stockman, Frank! So many times I thought about getting one of those.

HJ today!

You don't fool around, Scott! You may be one of the first ones to carry that beauty.

On my Thursday hike with friends, I carried my Queen Workhorse Barlow that I just received yesterday. A really good knife for the price!

Thanks Jack and Alan...this one is made with 1/8" D2 blades so there's a lot to work with!! It will foresee a lot of cutting over the years!

Thanks, Neal, that's some finely textured stag on the Indian Head. I'm a big fan of German-made stockmen, and that's a beauty!

Thanks Jeff. I'll get a better picture latter on. Picked up three of them. Nice solid knives. Just found out about them a short time ago.

Flatblackcapo: A great picture of a great knife! I have looked at these British spike knives many times and almost pulled the trigger on more than one occasion. How is the fit and finish and walk and talk on these guys?

The leaves here are turning vivid the past few days:

Thanks, Macchina. That pic and that 85 are both awesome. The F&F is pretty good on the BAK and it is built like a tank. Take into account that this is the only one I have ever held. I would say it would be worth it to pick one up as it is such a cool and unique knife.

I'm back with Rosie.
