My exact thoughts. If I only had one, it would go into my pocket without a second thought. Because of variety I can't make a decision. So, after one or two more that I have my eye on, that's it. I hope. Some great Fall knife photos! After 1 year of collecting traditionals it's getting harder to decide which to carry. Went with the 77 Copperhead today.

It is a Charlois, from the Charolais country, this one is a bitza, assembled for me by a retired cutler (70+ yo) with blades from various makers. This pattern is no more made these days. How big is that one, Jolipapa? I don't think I've seen anything like it on Courty's site. Could we see the other blades?
I'm in absolute agreement with some of the comments above. It gets harder and harder to decided which knife I want to carry but after getting this beauty in the mail today I think the decision will be settled for a while now.[/IMG]![]()
Wonderful. Interesting to see two straight edges and no spear or clip.It is a Charlois, from the Charolais country, this one is a bitza, assembled for me by a retired cutler (70+ yo) with blades from various makers. This pattern is no more made these days.

Made a trade for these two #14's one in nifebrite and the other in ivory bone. The nifebrite went to my best friend, my son. The ivory is great as well. Gonna definitely take the place of my #18! Thanks for the great trade AusLox!!!
