Dan, that is my favorite pic for the fall thus far brother. You could have a 50 cent gas station knife that you found on the ground and I would still like it.

Hope you all have a great weekend.

Hahaha. Thanks!
Beautiful photo and knife Brett!

Look way down the river...

Very nice Gev!

A fabulous fall photo featuring a fantastic knife, Dan!

Today's carry

Thank you Dean and that's great looking aged Barlow you have there.:thumbup:

Looking good!! :D

All because you buddy. Thanks again!

Great photo (knife too!)

Thanks!

Congrats!

I've been absent this week. Lots of work from Hurricane Matthew. I lost one of my homes, however, I'm looking forward to building something new.

I changed up my weekly knife a little late this week. Spent a week and a half with my SFO #77 Red Jigged Bone and it brought a smile to my face everyday. This week, I'm going with the SFO #77 Micarta. Its covers remind me of old linen dollies that have been forgotten. Something very unique for a cover, IMO. Secondly, I've made the Blade Forums Knife my house knife. I absolutely love it after breaking it in, but like others, it was a little tough to get going.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend everyone. I hope to have some free time next week to spend out here. Hope all is well.

Both grate knives! My BF knife is like butter now. Opened/closed it so much it seemed to polish out the roughness. It wasn't that bad to begin with but it's perfect now. I also love my bone Micarta 77. Haven't carried it enough yet but I think I'll start next week. Great pics!

Morning folks, hope everyone is having a good weekend :) Enjoy your Sunday

Carrying my Stan Shaw Sheepsfoot and my Lick Creek Barlow today :)

Thanks AusLox, mine was pretty bad to start with; but I could tell, after Charlie's explanation what mine was doing. Due to the decreasing size of the circumference of the awl and its stubbornness, I was pushing the awl into the main blade when opening. Some small blade rub that just worked itself out. I should have posted this earlier, in its thread, but busy got me. The GF is asleep, so I'm playing on my iPad for a few.

Jack, how are ya? Haven't really spoke to you since before the summer. I too have an SFO #14 Barlow in natural bone. I still haven't pulled it out of the tube. Your pics are making me want to use mine and all 3 of my examples - especially, the natural bone. So much character on that knife.

You have a wonderful Sunday as well. You're well into the afternoon - hope you're out seizing the day.

Spartan today

White gives that knife a dressed up look, IMO. Great choice for a Sunday carry.

Enjoy the day everyone!

My wife gave me a Case Wharncliffe mini copperlock this morning. So of course that is what I am carrying today. I'd not realized this is a single spring design. Very elegant.

That would be a mini copperhead. Back to old faithful today.

Finally got around to sharpening this one last night. Looking forward to slipping it in my watch pocket for the first time today.
