New sourdough baguette recipe this week.

What an astounding shot! The Farmer's Jack is very high on my list of Epic Patterns :thumbup: Sourdough is always welcome, I have no skill in baking but I'm lucky enough to live near an artisan baker, their French Rye and Levain loaves are superb. I find sourdough really agrees with my stomach, don't get the bloating and other unpleasant side-effects....:barf: that factory bread gives me.

Yes sir ... a fine burgundy. I used to work at a some fine dining restaurants called Epicure and La Tour when in high school and have fond memories.
