What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I've gotten behind on this thread and it's taken a bit to get caught up on everyone's fantastic posts. As always, a bunch of gorgeous knives showing up.

Today's carry - frontier bone.

Ken Frontier Bone is a really nice type that GEC would do well to revive. They could even add a sawn bone aspect to it which I think would be most effective. Nearly as good as Primitive Bone ;)

Thanks, Will

You are a wise man to carry those two, Gev!
I carried my Grail today (Copperhead sawcut TC) as well as a Case sheepfoot.

Thank you very much, Dean! The copperhead is a grail for me too ever since i saw Primble's specimen. What a treasure:thumbup::thumbup:

Wow! What a great pair Gev

Getting late here, and I'm out at the crack o' dawn in the morning. Already got these two in my pockets for tomorrow though

This photograph really made me smile - a white Christmas snowfall over the church your parents were married in ...perfection :D:D

Oh my! Those are both gorgeous Rick.

Alan

Thank you, Alan!

Beautiful Rick! Could you tell me more about that pearl beauty?

Thank you, Clay! It's a Gunstock Interframe made by Mike Alsdorf. CPM154 blade steel. (not to be confused with 154CM) Picked it up from Mike in person at a show a couple years ago. He had several of his knives all in little slips and it was maybe the third one I looked at. As soon as it peaked out of the slip I knew it was the knife I wanted.

Here's another photo that shows the blade and the maker's mark.

Thank you, Alan!

I love that Gunstock! Beautiful!

A very classy pair, Rick. Today and through the holidays I've got this pair in green bone and green alox.
