What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

My new Opinel is in my pocket today.

Sophisticated Efficient Carry.

Somehow I almost missed this cool couple of 77 Barlows with complementary colors for Christmas.

Pretty pair, Dee!
With regard to your having multiple Wisemans, my daughter in Madrid says that Kings' Day on January 6 is a bigger holiday there than Christmas on December 25. Something to keep in mind ... ;)

Some of the knives I'm carrying for this last week of the year appear here.
This week's stockman is a 4" Taylor-Schrade 61OT Slim Premium Stock Knife:

This week's "big" knife isn't really that big, except in my mind it's a monstrously nice knife, a grail - a GEC 85 with buffalo covers, EO notch, and secondary modified to a coping blade (thanks, Paul):

This week's "miscellaneous" knife is a Rough Rider Barlow:

This week's Alox is a Cadet II (thanks, Ken):

Thanks, Gary! Duly noted. ;)

I'm really liking the "This Week's" greatest cutlery approach you've been taking.

It's miserably dark, cold, wet and windy here in the Western Isles. I'm needing stainless so I'm carrying this old Buck 703 that was gifted me by Sitflyer some time ago.

Have a good day everybody :)

So enamored with this little Case CV pen that I've added it to my everyday pocket stuff. So thin it's the perfect watch pocket knife.

Elegant pairing! I'm drawn to the sheepsfoot today for some reason.

Leave it to Duane to light up the Western Isles! I bet it helps you to see the beauty in even those conditions of the Isles. Have a great day!

Thanks to rreddon (AKA Knife-Santa):

Now that is one fine beauty, Rachell
I see lots to love there indeed

These two beauty's are with me today,

A gentlemen's Bowie from the late, John White M.S., Paul Long sheath with Cape Buffalo; Mike Zscherny wharncliffe trapper in some nice amber stag and Doug Ponzio "Turkish Lace" damascus, a really nice, tight pattern. The Bowie is hand forged 1084 with differential heat treatment, pre-ban bark Elephant ivory and NS hardware.

You're missed Ken  I always found that knife interesting, and came across a two-blade version a while back

Only just saw his post .

Merry Christmas Jack
Interesting that you found a two blade version , because I got one of those myself a while back .
Mine was in bad shape and I had to do some DIY to turn it into a strange Sheepsfoot type blade to make it usable again .
I carried it a few times then promptly forgot all about it , might have to dig it out and carry it again .

Ken

After bringing a new car (with giant key) home the key ring had to go on a diet. Removing a Vic Classic and a flash light in exchange for a Night Manager gave nearly the same tools in a package about half the size and I get to play with a new daily carry. Win win! :)

What material are the handles? I can't tell from the photo.

Looking for GEC 15 Huckleberry Boys knife single clip blade.

This Mite is taking up residence in my pocket a lot lately  Maybe because it's useful & reminds me of better times?
