Lovely knife, itzig!! What model is that?? (To my uninformed eyes, it looks like a Presidential with a punch, but I didn't know those existed.)

Looks like a 98 cattle knife in kingwood. I'm debating if i want one. Already got an ebony and amber bone. If they last until my tax return i might pick one up.

Couldn't directly quote you GT because I'm on my phone.

Kingwood it is:thumbup:

You're very welcome, traditional patterns can be very confusing, and manufacturers sometimes get them wrong. If it does have two blades, it is actually a 'Wharncliffe Knife' PATTERN. With three blades, it would be a 'Wharncliffe Whittler'

Great info! Thanks a lot!![emoji1303][emoji1303]

The days are getting longer. Through the winter most of my pictures are taken during the morning since it is normally dark by the time I get home from work. However, this evening there was enough light to take a few pictures.

Today was an Imperial USA Peanut (thanks to Fishcakes), and a Colt Stockman (CT429 with dyed scales).

Slush (never hear that word here anymore, we don't have the winters)! I'm not sure Meako, I can't see any snow on the ground, either slush or they've had some big horses pass that way! :D

Ebony and Ivory on shift with me today (Macassar and Mammoth) ;)

Beautiful photo of a beautiful knife! If you don't mind me asking, what scales are those?

Thank you very much Daniel  I took them to be buffalo horn when I bought the knife, but it's possible they're synthetic.
