What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Shadows are getting long, but I'm still at work.

Glennbad's handiwork is keeping me occupied, though.

5K Qs that is a Ben Hogan in smooth calico bone.
I don't mind the mid knife lock lever. All of my Enduras have had them.

As soon as I am done here at the office, I am hitting the woods for the weekend. Hopefully a nice bull elk and/or deer will let me at least lob an arrow in their direction. It would be really nice to fill the freezers this season. These two workhorses will be accompanying me for the weekend alongside some assorted fixed blades.

Best of luck, Dylan, and have a safe hunt.

I am leaving for a weekend fishing trip on the Chesapeake Bay and lower Potomac River today. I've packed the following (in addition to my truck knives): Leatherman Wave, Spyderco Salt 1, and a Cutco Fisherman's Solution.

See y'all next week. - Stuart

I like those Queen Copperheads Randy. They just feel right don't you think? I sold mine to Ron. I might have to grab another one of these days.

I really do like mine and especially like the rosewood covers Bob in fact I like all my queen and S&M knives. When Queen gets one right they make an incredibly nice knife. I'd go as far as to say if they would get their quality control problems worked out and become more consistent with their fit and finish they could give GEC a run for their money.

Dramatic improvement, Heath!:thumbsup: I envy your ability to just "decide and do" in an evening!! Osage Orange??

Thanks! I really love how hand-tool friendly slipjoints are, it makes major customization attainable with basically just a drill press... I used yellowheart, 'cause that's what I had. It finished up nicely but it's kind of soft, I would have much preferred O.O. although this should stay nice and yellow :)

Randy r redden r redden ,
I was thinking along these same lines, but with the Buck in mind. Those angles on the bolsters look so good with black scales and that clip. Do you find it comfortable in hand when in use?

We're rushing around, trying to get out the door for a drive to York, Maine. We'll be staying for a few days. Don't have time for a new pic but these two will be along for the ride.

To all those in Irma danger, my thoughts and prayers are with you.
