My Ebony AW is in my pocket today! The blade etch says it all, this one is a REAL LAMB FOOT!

That Ebony has such an exquisite luster, I love it! A very fine choice.

Monday's carry.

I don't know that I have seen an Ancient dressed up in wood before, is that Ebony or some form of Rosewood? Regardless, it simply makes an already beautiful knife that much better.

Lotta nice woods represented there, Dylan!! What do I think I see? Pine, oak, rosewood, ebony, and whatever the weathered wood is that it all rest upon.

Thanks, GT! You have it mostly right, you are actually looking at both knives dressed up in Ebony. Ol' Linus there has an interesting mark side cover... And your guess is as good as mine in regards to the weathered backdrop, I just find it to be a reasonably decent place to photograph knives on when the outdoor lighting is good. Fine selection of knives, by the way, lots of nice color in the different covers you are sporting.

I am carrying the same two knives today as I did yesterday. This time though, I flipped Linus over to show off his "dark" side. Should look more like ebony this time around.

Carrying the Schatt & Morgan F&W Swayback Clasp Knife today. I usually carry GEC's but I wanted to give Queen another try. This was a recent acquisition, it is pretty large at 4 1/4" closed but, I am really pleased with this knife overall. The ATS-34 blade steel is one of my favorites on slipjoints.

Baseball playoffs start tonight with the Yankees/Twins wildcard game at Yankee Stadium. Not that I'm superstitious or anything.....I'm carrying my pattern 99 Wall St. Stag in honor of #99 Aaron Judge and wearing the #7 pin for my favorite player, Mickey Mantle.

Alan, you need to find some Navy and Gray pinstripe acrylic to have a Yankees knife made, maybe with a #7 shield, too.
