The wood grain on the Christopher Johnson is hypnotic. Thanks for showing it.
Handsome knife!
It may be short, but that handle made me take a long look. And I, too, appreciate the benefits of carrying a smaller knife.Off on a road-trip today
Only a short one, so a short knife seems appropriate

Those folding hunters are magnificent behemoths, Stuart!!5K Qs GT-BACK was sly, but "canoesseur" was brilliant! Yes, those are large coke bottle folding hunters between 5.25" and 5.5" closed lengths (hence the cargo pockets).

Great-looking Olive Farmer, Dean!!
That's exceptional, Buzz!!Got a Boker USA camp knife in my pocket today. I don’t know much about it. If any Boker aficionados have an idea of when it was made, I’d love to hear your guesses. Looks to be stainless steel blades and bone covers, with a carbon steel bail.

Tom, I'm afraid the only thing I can tell you about your Böker Barlow is that I like it intensely!...
The recent Boker Barlows posted reminded me it was time to carry mine. Jigged bone and no numbering, I haven't been able to find out much about it. (Any info will be appreciated.)

Nice! That looks like a model 25 Bench Barlow with the aluminum frame covered spring backs. If so, I have one with a razor main blade and same sawn handle. I love it.Duckdog yu inspired me to carry a "Queen for the day".
