Mine today is a nameless knife but for having no brand this little guy is a nice knife,

Its got a few f&f issues but all in all its a good knife that proudly sits in my pocket today.

Today it's once again time for my great-grandfathers knife. The first time I saw this, it still was about as sharp as a new SAK. I guess 100 years ago they still knew how to sharpen a knife.

The looks people give you sometimes when using an old knife like that are kind of hilarious (or using one at all for that matter).
Well, enough whittling and back to learning.

Kevin, I am loving this knife.
I think it will finish strong in time carried this year. It's starting to develop a nice patina, I just need to keep up with pics to share it. This knife is excellent for my needs.

Throw all the pics you want in the Poll thread if you like. I always like seeing your pics. Even more so when they are a progression of the patina and knowing that you use them day to day. Great stuff Johnny, thanks :)

Yep, it's the black micarta. Here's a better photo of the knife. I thank Wayne (Peruna) for helping me find it. It's one of my regulars... in fact, it's in my pocket now. :)

Today I carried my Carl Schlieper Eye Brand Stag Canoe

Here are the nice and thick stag handles good to see

Kind regards

Just got this Schmidt and Ziegler in yesterday, I'll be carrying it for a while. Full blades, perfect scales, good action, right size, almost black patina that beads water. Very nifty.
