Thanks buddy...

That Cattle King is my new favorite and I suspect it will be in my pocket for a long time to come...

Back to painting. When I break this soldier out, it puts me in awe.The looks f/f and strength, and with a nice big sound to them.If you don't have one, you should.

I seem to keep pocketing this Colonel Coon Barlow. It has that "just right" feel to it and it's a nice looking knife.

Today I'm carrying the one on the top left. #10 Opinel.

I just did an intro in the General discussion section of this board (for those that are interested).

I dig traditional knives. Stuff that gets better with age and use is where it's at.

(plus I'm cheap) :D

Welcome to Traditional. :)

Cheap or not, Opinel's are time tested, true, and a fine cutting tool that gets the job done.

I like the look of the Old Hickory sheath you have got there too. Perhaps you can shoot a pic of the Old Hickory outside the sheath at some point or other.

Thanks ~ ~ ><> ~ ~

I'm carrying today,a Jerry Halfrich linerless lockback, and a Charles May pocket sized fixed blade.

The Halfrich as a semi skinner blade,CPM 154 SS hollow ground
