The traditional aspect of my EDC pales in comparison to a lot of the knives here---a simple Case Large Stockman in CV. It's a joy to use and own, my first real traditional user in the collection.

Case Medium Stockman (Brown Jigged Delrin), Case Jigged Brown Delrin Peanut, Victorinox Explorer Plus. I think these have become my EDC with a Mini Trapper thrown in on hiking days.

I'm in the office today and I'll be helping a team mate of mine restock a breakroom we have with snacks so I brought along my Case XX 6332 to use the sheepsfoot blade for opening up the soda cases and snack boxes.

Since last week the Forum '08 Stockman and my A. G. Russell Arkansas Tootpick. Vince, it's still a beauty after all these years, many thanks.

Well, hunting seasons' is a pretty much over.. :p

But,, still EDC'n the stag scaled Dan Burke/Queen, Rancher Cattle knife in the right front pocket tucked nicely into the Buckaroo and lashed to my belt is as per standard dress code nowadays. [tis a hard knife to lets go of... :)]

For a back up and to use as my all around utility knife I am utilizing my old Schrade Cut. Co. in jigged brown bone scales, Scouts knife. This knife is quite a Jim Dandy of a pocketknife and as tough as they come!.

Dandy lookin old scout Anthony.. When Trav picked up a nice vintage Camillus Scout, it kinda peaked my interest in them again... Very Handy.

This is a great thread, there are so many nice knives bein shown, its impossible to comment on them all....

338375 & stockman242,

Thanks guys.. Its an incredible and versatile old pocket knife, that ti's for sure..

I was at the ranch I work on very early this morning, and one of the older gentlemen hands that has been there for many years commented to those of us around the coffee pot, that 'he wished one of the knife companies still made a good pocket knife with a decent "punch blade" so'as he could fix his saddle stitching that sometimes comes loose or breaks whilst out on the trail!.

I handed him my scout knife with the harness punch open for him to use and he snickered a little and thanked me with a smile and a tip of his hat.. :D

Very nice scout Anthony. I gave my brother a Schrade scout like that one. He was a scoutmaster for years.

For me today, a mini hunter in grey bone. One of these days I have to take a better shot of it. The bone is a beautiful grey.

Nice mini hunter Steve. The wife got one of those a few years back.
After I commandeered it for a few days, I like them. Actually like them more than the peanuts ( I know I'll be struck by lightning for saying that :D)

Just received the Northfield today(a late Christmas present), and put it in my pocket along with my Erickson swayback:
