Man, I wish I hadn't missed out on those!!
It's actually the "baby doc" at 2 3/4". The pattern is called autumn leaf. It was sold to me as a 2005 model, which looks about right according to the tang stamp. I'll get you some pics in a bit.Nice combo! Can we get some pics of the Case by itself? Is it what they call a doctors knife?
Your pair of little knives has big capabilities and visual appeal!

Been carrying my SS Case Peanut in Red Stag this week, along with my TAD. Used it to strip some wire today when installing a new light over my parents’ kitchen sink, then to trim some weed-eater line in the yard...pretty mundane stuff.

That is an indescribably beautiful Case Red Stag Peanut, Ratbert!I would be pulling that out of my pocket 100 times a day to admire it.

'Tis Black Friday (kind of), I have these two in my pockets. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Stag and stout is a high class combination, Jack!
Steve and Harry, those old Barlows are sublime!!
In my experience, Rough Riders are almost invariably good, solid knives! That yellow jack looks good, John.
Thanks for the armor hide admiration, Dean.Your pair of little knives has big capabilities and visual appeal!
Thanks, Stewart.Glad my humble sowbelly could inspire you to show us that wonderful Winchester interpretation of the pattern!!
Superb knife, Ken; the patina looks fantastic with that bone!
Your entomological and photographic wizardry has me baffled again, Gev!
AHA! The magician reveals his secrets!
Double stag Friday just to warm up for Stag Saturday??
Moving tribute, @HFinn !
I can see why you're enthralled with that knife, Josh!
That spear/pen EO with golden brown jigged bone is awesome!!
Thanks for the GS knife comment; I found mine at a tiny flea market a couple of years ago, and finally got a serviceable edge on it this week. I may yet learn to sharpen a knife properly!
Thanks, Jeff.
Cool pic of your Churchill!I think I'm getting too old to go for those ground level shots!
Thanks for the positive feedback, Jack; I think a photo of your RR sowbelly precipitated my purchase of the same.
Doubled lambsfoot knives again today! Not saying it's a problem/addiction (yet
), but do you have access to a chapter of Lambsfoot Anonymous, if necessary??
I don't think I've been aware of the existence of a mini moose! How big (or mini) is it? Is it like a mini trapper with a blade on each end?
Dynamite duo, Ron!I still think of myself as a multiple-blade proponent, but that single blade sowbelly definitely has major appeal!!
That pair is a piano concerto, not just a kid playing "Chopsticks"!!
Congrats, Perry!

Thank you Will. Charlie said on the Tube “Use it,” and it just begs to be used.Damn, you only just got that and look at the appalling state it's in!!
You really should learn to take care of your knives a little better, slackness leads to this sorry state
Great shot too
Thanks, Will
I completely agree. Sometimes I feel bad for totin' a Chinese knife, but I just like them so much and they fit in nicely next to all my GEC knives. The finish is always decent, the blades are centered, and the pull/snap just makes me smile. I'd gladly spend $100+ on a "well made" U.S traditional with stainless blades, but they are getting harder and harder to find. Totin' this one today, a 3-1/2" Gunstock...In my experience, Rough Riders are almost invariably good, solid knives!
Why not, it already looks it.Thank you Will. Charlie said on the Tube “Use it,” and it just begs to be used.
