It might be big and heavy Will, but it will do the job that 2-3 knives can. So, it evens out. Plus what a looker.

Try stretching the backs of your legs.
Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you, and slowly bring your nose toward each knee. Do it both with your legs together and apart. Do it slowly, long, and often. It really works. It also works as a preventative since the back muscles are inflamed from compensating for your tight hamstrings.
