Dean & Wayne, you're excelling together today with those classy Barlows!:thumbsup::cool:

Monday (even if it's a holiday) is the day I rotate my knives for the week. As is often true, I'm carrying several Rough Riders.
My Stockman of the Week is an appealing red jigged bone medium stockman:

Canoe of the Week is a Rough Rider Moon Glow model:

Watch Pocket Knife of the Week is a RR smooth tobacco bone cannitler; the small canoe whittlers are a favorite pattern of mine!

Thanks, Gary! Every one of your RRs is terrific; the stockman is indeed appealing!

Thanks for the movie clip, Jack. :) That brought back memories of all the cases and declensions and conjugations from my Latin and German days. I'll pass on the tattoo. As I tell my students, my body is a natural work of art and needs no human adornment. I like your wood and antler lambsfoot knives standing in solidarity with the labor movement.:thumbsup:;)

Totin these two again today. Started to get a nice patina on the clip point from cutting apples and pears yesterday. The lambsfoot is laser sharp. Thanks again @traumkommode

Nice combo Joshua

Thanks GT, love that case sod buster in bone. Yeah that makes winter pics much more comfortable to acquire :).

My SAKs are getting jealous of the Remington scout I have been carrying, so I gave the scout a day off on Labor Day :).

One of your classic pairings Tom :)

This afternoon we went out to check out a place called "Dog Island" -- a state-managed wildlife area. Pretty interesting with lots of woods and trails and water, and worth a return visit when it's not 95 degrees. Maybe after a frost when all the ticks are dead. :p Anyway, carrying my usual Case Select 6207W Wharncliffe mini trapper, which is my all-time favorite among favorites, and supplementing it with this sweet little Buck 305 Lancer. The Lancer is ideal for small jobs, detailed work, and any situation where you need to be discrete about using a knife.
