What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thank you for your kind comments, Gary! Your RR work knife is another good example of the brand.

My carry today (which I just purchased) is inspired by GT's many posts of this model - the Case Navy blue bone Mini Copperhead!

Thanks for the compliment, Dean !! Your mini copper head looks to be a real gem. On the list it goes...lol.

I tried mine in the kitchen, and can confirm you were right~the 4” Lambsfoot does admirably on the cutting board!

I was pleasantly surprised the first time I used a Lambsfoot in the kitchen, and the Big 'Un is even better :)

First toting of my latest project, since I finished her up last night. I won a bid on this Camco Scout for less than the very reasonable shipping charge. I had intended to caniballize the awl blade to put in a TL-29 to make a harness jack, but when I got it I liked it too much. Carried some, but never sharpened, and strong smooth snaps. The awl blade was cocked over toward the main causing jamming and blade rub, so it needed to be tweaked a bit, and the ugly plastic handles had shrunk.
Here it is broken down.View attachment 984971This is how the mart of wal sells buffalo horn dog chews...they are zip tied to a piece of cardboard with the label and bar code.View attachment 984967Cutting scales...View attachment 984968And after getting her all back together and sanded to 2000 grit, I have a new love.:DView attachment 984969View attachment 984970

Nice work, and an excellent post Jeff

Great job !

I have another old fella hanging with me today and I'm kinda taking to him. He has more walk and talk in him that many of my younger companions, and he snaps like an alligator. A Schatt & Morgan Cutlery Co. (Titusville, P.A.) equal end jack from 1903-1932.

Thank you for the mention, guys!
Jack, I think it was @Old Engineer while showing me his stag TEWs, who said I’d be surprised by how effective this pattern is at slicing.

Love that Frontier Buck!

A lovely, well loved knife, Gev. I really like that one. As the judges say about scars on sporting dogs in competition:"as long as they are honestly earned."

The Wabi is what consistently draws me back to this Diamond "in the rough" ;):). And oddly enough the esthetic that predominantly pleases my minds eye. Love how you put it :D

On another perspective, the action is smooth and robust on both blades and the edges are simply Greek ( perfection )
