Can't really see it, but a light patina is already developing. That little divot swirl at the butt has become the perfect spot to rub my thumb when the knife is closed.

I’ve collected rocks most of my life so when a fried told me he was workin’ on the Statue of Liberty, I jokingly suggested he bring me a rock home from the job site, little did I suspect he get me a piece of the base.

Two of my most prized posessions. A GEC Cuban in horn scales atop a piece of the granite base of the statue itself.
