I fixed the edge on this SBj today, it was pretty rough when I got it. Usually I can adjust a Case edge with a Sharpmaker, but this was was off enough that I used my Wicked Edge. Set it to 40 degrees inclusive, which is a departure from the 30 degree angle I generally use for an edc. I finished it on the Sharpmaker grey flats, I want to see if maybe I get a little more edge retention using this more obtuse angle without polishing the edge any further.
Hmmmmmm, one more post and I hit 3,000 total, and it is my 5 year BladeForums anniversary this year. Might be a good time for a GAW.

For some unexpected and unexplainable reason, I saw this and started humming an old song...Top o' the mornin' to all y'all. I'm totin' this Michael Manrow folder that just popped into my pocket as I watch some beautiful French landscape scenes on the Ryder Cup broadcast. Fore!
