Helped my son pack up and move out of his college dorm yesterday, and used the yeller pen for all necessary cutting tasks (and it is in my pocket again today).

He was using his yeller peanut, so I guess we made a good pair. Here's a picture I took of it when he was home for a funeral and a wedding a couple weekends ago (alongside my peanut and pony jack).

Carrying the Remington again. After I took this picture I got the nicks out of the blade and got the tip from rounded to a point.

The Opinel #8 has been back in the RFP for the past few days. Blade reshaped to drop point. Handle thinned and modified to easy open style. It can easily be opened and closed one handed, which is handy when working in the yard and around the barn/shop. The #8 is the one in the middle, with the #9 and my kid's #6 below it.

Sit, what did you use to get the greenish color on your #6? I've got a #10 on the way, and I will be going for dark black on that one.
