What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

I carried this trio on my hike this morning in the cold and snow.

Victorinox Soldier

Case CV chestnut bone teardrop (I dropped this 3 or 4 times and finally decided not to clean the snow off for the photo)

My EDC, Case mini copperhead in Navy blue bone

Hope you had a good hike Dean, nice pocket pals :) :thumbsup:

I'm totin' a throwback this Thursday, a 30 year old Parker Frost "Bison" (by Schrade in 1978):

The lighting outside was tricky today and the spots of the back of the knife near the bolsters in the pic just above that look like faded bone/dye are actually glare and reflections of an adjacent cherry log. Optical illusions (delusions)? I had to go back and look at the knife again after seeing the picture.

We don't see many cloning stories in the news lately, but your cloning research is obviously proceeding successfully, Dee!! :eek::thumbsup::thumbsup:

Double Lambsfoot day is looking nice Jack, great photos :thumbsup:

Funny how we sometimes neglect certain knives, even ones as gorgeous as that :) Nice combination Tom :thumbsup:

Thanks! I have no idea why I don't carry that GEC more often :confused:, I think I am going to clean it up and put a screaming sharp edge on it. Maybe it just needs a little attention :)

@5K Qs
Thanks Gary, gotta say though the Queen was a gift so that makes it free,(but priceless), and the old Remington I only got about six and a half bucks into. So they wouldn't have to work hard to cover the money lol. However both work well above their paygrade.:thumbsup:

That’s one nice little knife you got there

Thank you sir! I looked for several years for a recently manufactured Stag and CV peanut. I think it's got a permanent spot in the collection & carry rotation. it's got unusually nice stag for a Case, and I love that it doesn't have a shield. It's got the patina and a little bit of verdigris in the stag, but I can live with that for sure. It's too bad Case hasn't done another run of the Rancher series, they all look very nice.
