What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

The 78s I have, particularly the single blade ones, have some of the best pulls and action out of all my GECs, with the exception of one or two of my older 15s. They really are a pleasure. When I carry one, I often "fidget" with it at my desk because of how pleasing the walk and talk is.
I'm happy to know it's a trait that carries to all the 78s. I'm sure happy with mine, I've been "fidgeting" with it all day.

The little Lick Creek is special, isn't it?
Yes it most certainly is. The cream of the crop. Thank you Lyle. :)

That Case Sowbelly is a real beauty, Dwight. Probably the nicest I've seen. I really love the federal shield paired with the white bone, makes for a stunning combination. I have been keeping an eye out for a nice Sowbelly to try out. Contacted a lad here on the forums about a Winchester he had listed but he disappeared (come to think of it, I hope he is alright, haven't seen him since that listing)
Thanks Dylan. I appreciate your kind words. The sowbelly has to be among the finest of patterns. Good luck on your quest and I predict you will be smitten. Beautiful knives as always.

I forgot to post more of my knives from this week's group earlier today. Better do it now before I fall asleep
Glad you remembered those Gary. Yellow Delrin Case with seasoned blades, a most handsome legume and last but most comely I think... that dignified venerable ebony Lambsfoot. I must seek one out. :)

Dylan Pàdruig Pàdruig if you just want to try out the sowbelly, Case has a single blade in yellow delrin that comes in CV. Very reasonably priced .View attachment 1047937

Thank you, Dwight and Alan. I had my heart set on finding a black box Winchester but in the interim, that Case in CV will be a great one to whet my teeth on, I think. Can't argue with the price, I have one on its way.

Looking forward to your reaction. I have a feeling I know, but we'll see.

'Tis.

From what I understand, approximately 16 million Americans served in WW2. So that's one Camillus Engineer knife for about every 2.5 soldiers. But Camillus produced far more knives than just the engineer model. All in all, Camillus produced over 13 million knives during for the war effort, almost equaling the number of soldiers.
14,895,881 according to this :)

Sorry for my absence from this thread folks :( I've been ill, and only on the mend now  I'll not be going out today, but at least I'm dressed! And carrying these two, my ebony Guardians 2018 Lambsfoot and a vintage Buck 301 recently gifted to me by @r8shell :)

The rain continues this morning! Oh well! I’ve already taken care of some of my inside tasks such as, unloading the dish washer and putting away the contents. Then I got the garbage bagged and taken out! :D These two are close by this morning!
