What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Looks great P!! Soon to look even better with a little polish or patina :)

Thanks, and that's the plan. :)

We're on our way:

The "shadow effect" (etch remnant) is more stubborn than I'd anticipated, but this is just the first full Day. More will be revealed. Or removed in use, as the case may be.

(My White Owl was along today as well, but has momentarily ceded the spotlight.)

Started my day with these......
Also a little solidarity with Andi.

Changed to this setup around 4:00 and went fishing

Came home to find a new 85 in the mailbox. It went right in the pocket and out to the back yard for a quick pic in the last scrap of daylight. Better pics to come when I get more time. She'll be in my pocket tomorrow for sure!

SJ I've got one of those stag 85 EZ-Opens on order. If it's as good looking as your knife, I'll be very pleased. Should make a very handy carry indeed.

Today, GEC Tidioute White Owl in Kryptonite, funky:D:cool:

I'm carrying this rehandled Fight'n Rooster stockman today. Maybe through end of the month (in the spirit of KotM).

Stockman month is coming to a close, so one last day in the pocket for the Case 6344 HE.

You're stopping a day early? If so, I'm telling.

Or do you mean that the Craftsman little 'un will get to ride out the month for you?

Sorry if I missed this earlier, but what does the HE stand for?

~ P.

No clue on the HE. Case experts can probably answer.

Not stopping early. I'm going to wrap up the month with my Böker USA Tree Brand stockman, which has seen almost no pocket time because it is a bit larger than I like. Giving it a good send off before it gets traded soon.

I had to look it up but according to another knife forum, the HE means it has a Sheepsfoot and a Pen blade.

@ Pete: Thank you for your solidarity yesterday :)

Today I went out of the range and had a trust old fellow with me... though I spent the most time of the day inside.

#66 Serpentine Jack, pocket pouch (self made) and a good bavarian beer (made of wheat)
