What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

From clearing downed trees yesterday to clearing creeping vines in our backyard today, Spring provides plenty of cutting opportunities. I'm using a MALCO duct knife (sharp as a razor, a buddy found it in the attic of a old office building in Washington, D.C.) and a J. Russell & Co. (Green River Works, 1881-1941) hawkbill.

I'm also totin, but not slicing vines with, the Sodbuster Jr. from yesterday. Born in 1978, it is one of my younger Cases. What's more Spring-like than flowers and "fresh" sod?

Nice selection Stuart, I love using vintage knives :) That Duct Knife is very cool

Smashing pic Taylor :)

For today it is my $21 Western .

Gotta love that knife, Harry. What a find!!

Thank you. I just so happen to have some more of its family here.

I am fond of Sabres, especially their barlows. That's a nice group that you've collected. Nice Cases, too.

From the last few days.

That's a pretty solid group.

I was inKLIENed to carry these today.;)
Sorry for the dark indoor pic, the top and bottom one are actually brown:rolleyes:

Well, uh-pun my word, those are some fine workers, right there. I have one of the bottom knife and it is a real world tool.

Going old school today with a 1971 stainless Stag 47 pattern.

That Case is head of the class, LT.

A little bit different but the same....

Wow, what a beauty!!

I've got a couple in Ironwood keeping me company today.

Fabulous pair and picture, Dylan.

Of course the Camilus, and the Case punch stockman as well today. I find myself using this punch stockman more and more lately. Such a nice compact package, with so many useful tools.

Another good write-up, Buzz. Fine oictures, too. Thanks. Along with a few other posts, your earlier comments on the Cases prodded me to get the yellow handled mini trapper with cap lifter, which I love.

Small Texas Jack

Oh, I really like that one, Steve.

Stunning pair Stuart :)

How could they not? :) Cool pic my friend

Thanks, Jack.

Two of my favorite Northfields for me today. :)

I can see why, Ron. Very handsome.

Nice, Nick.

Fine picture of a very fine knife, Dwight.

Polished stag navaja from @ArtesaniaHerreros in Albacete, Spain.
On a silverbelly Stetson.

The knife is gorgeous, but that hat band is the bomb!

Morning folks, hope everyone is having a good week :)

Well done Jack.

I keep my TC Barlow in the pocket and add this one :)

All the best .

That is a beautiful knife.

Pretty pair, Ron. Carrying either one would make a person's day much brighter.

Have a good day, folks.

Nice selection, Jeff, and a great picture.

Camillus Sword Brand Jack

You wood have to post a timbered beauty on Wooden Wednesday, woodn't you, Steve?

You went and did it again!! One very fine knife in a fine picture after another. Thanks, though, as they are wonderful to see.

You, too, Harvey? Another handsome knife in a fabulous photo. Do you and @Fodderwing have a secret plot underway?

So many beautiful knives and such fantastic photos over the last day! I am humbled...

That is a gorgeous RED knife, Dean. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Jack. The duct knife has tiny, hair-fine serrations on it's edge and it cuts like a laser. I'm a bit scared of it (and was wearing gloves when I used it).
