Update: The Peanut saw daylight twice today, cutting things on both outings from the pocket watch, Peanut Cave.

Yep! Just another days work for Hank the Cave Peanut, ridin shotgun for Cattle King the stockman at the Double XX tick ranch.

This is actually my first stockman, and I see no reason to buy another.
It is pretty neat to find a knife as old or older than my parents and have it basically new. Love it.

Since I will be away most of tomorrow, I'll follow Vanguard's lead and post a pre-emptive shot.

I will start the day, as I do nearly every Sunday, with the A. W. Wadsworth & Son french ivory sleeveboard pen knife in the pocket of my suit pants.

Beyond that, I have not yet decided. But it will likely be either the deep canyon chestnut bone Case mini copperhead or the winterbottom bone Queen Dan Burke half whittler.
