What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

They are amazing but as Buzz said, the Ulster is to die for. Just crazy exceptional.

Stuart another wonderful pair my friend! That Ulster has really got It going on! :D

Thanks, guys. I'm still poring through odd boxes here and there. Ron knows the piles (as does Miss Norma, God preserve me).

D Duckdog Thank you Stuart for the kind words. Those must have been the days, drinking red wine and Coke. Always nice to find overlooked knives, especially like that Böker and the Ulster.

I remember it as a refreshing drink, and will give it a go, again, soon. I was in France in 1971 and 1975 and, each time, it was a was woman who suggested this summer drink. I've thought of it as a ladies drink since then, but that was addled thinking, as was most of my thinking back then. The knife piles that my stepfather left give better things on which to focus. Sort of.

I only carry this one once or twice a month, but think I will carry on Friday:

That knife just quacks me up, but I can't duck that it is beautiful. I wish that I could buy a flock of them and have the merchant just put them on my bill.

Thanks for the nice words Stuart. Would love to see your Miller Bros. I think I’ve seen one of yours before but you probably have boxes full of them!:D

I do like them. Here's one (1872-1926) that flew the coop to live with a friend, but I'll find another to tote. Meanwhile, you just keep on postin' like you've been postin' and we'll all be happy.

You are on a roll there, Steve, stacking those old beauties up like cordwood.

Thanks Stuart !

Totin' a couple of different knives that I found this morning in the corner of an over-looked box. A Böker 240 dogleg (a.k.a, double end) pen and an Ulster utility knife with a Philips head driver on the shackle.
