What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Well I started out with my SAK Explorer. But then at a mens prayer breakfast I needed a pen, and did not have one. SO wehn I got home I switched to my SAK Champ Plus.

I have thought of swapping back scales on them so I could have the pen on my Explorer, But I have not don't it yet. I am a little yellow. Never took scales off or on SAKs before.

Buck Fan, you can order scales a la carte from rotokid's shop at sosakonline.com. Just tAke the can opener blade and work it gently between scale and liner around the knife, prying VERY gently. Snap the replacement scales on and you're good to go.

Not carrying anything today; traveling at Phoenix airport and posting this from an iPod Touch hehe

Toted my Case Pen knife and Boker Barlow along with a SAK Classic today. These are quickly becoming my favorite knives to have with me.

Today it's my Mace Vitale Utility and my brand spankin' new Case Chestnut bone CV Swayback:

Great knives everybody
Peter

Great pics Peter. I always like it when folks put the whole package together in their pics... I gotta start getting a little more creative

I still have a hard time thinking of a SAK as a traditional knife. Seems to modern even though it has been around for a long time. I carried this one since it came in the mail today. Pics are from the auction listing.

SAK Master Electrion.

Tomorrow feels like it needs to be a old Case. Will have to think about it.

Y'all are probably wishing I would post something different by now, but it was my Case CV Pen knife again today. Left the Boker Barlow behind this time and didn't really miss it, the little pen handled all my chores like a trooper.

Might carry my Case Texas Jack or Chestnut Bone Stockman tomorrow, but it will more than likely be the pen again:).

I thought that I would give these two a try.

A large Boker sodbuster that I just got yesterday, not to bad for 14 bucks and a Old Timer 83ot. These relpace a Buck 112 and a SWAK super tinker.

Thats definitely a well made specimen of a case whittler Anthony.

Peter

Fellow knife knutz,

I am enjoying hearing about and viewing you guys' nice edc's here.. And thanx Peter for the kudos on the Whittler. I traded for that one with my friend 338375. :D Mike is the best!

Here is one I found in the junk yard last week that I am edc'n today. An oldie but goody, circa 1930-36 Imperial. :)
