What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Attractive couple, Vince; the covers on those two, although stag and bone, match quite well visually!:thumbsup::cool:
Thanks, Gary; I try to be fashionable. You never know when GQ might want to put me on their cover!:D

It's a dirty job, but somebody has to do it now and then!:p Is that knife 3 1/8"? Except for the covers, that knife looks similar to the one my wife got from her father sometime, found in a box in January 2014, gave to me at that time, and got me interested in pocket knives again after a 45 year hiatus.:thumbsup::thumbsup:
You're making up for it with a vengeance!

Handsome knife, Paul! :thumbsup::cool::thumbsup:

Thanks Gary:thumbsup:

The 15 was NIT and just arrived yesterday!

I've fallen frightfully behind this thread, particularly with thank-yous and complimentary comments. Here's to catching up.

Both absolute beauties Stuart !

Thanks for the compliments Stuart! :) That NYK is a fantastic ole Coke Bottle! :D Your Primble Show today is outstanding! Having been fortunate to handle each I’ll say they are even better in person! :D

Thanks again Stuart!!! I'm just riding your wake as your line up of the coffin jack yesterday, and your NYKCo followed by 2 Primble beauties today, is a tough act to follow!:thumbsup::D

Stuart, I appreciate your providing the info that you were able to for that stunning old Primble, and for the illustrated instruction about coffins and Cokes. :)

You say "lazy", but I say "Peerless Primbles on Parade"!:cool::thumbsup:

Thanks to all y'all for the kind comments on the totes that I pulled from the Primble pile and the old coke bottle Hammer Brand.

I measured it at 3 1/4", GT, but they are very much alike: handle shape, lined bolsters, long pull on main. In hand, my secondary looks to be proportionally shorter than yours. But they are close, if not the same.

Very nice, Taylor.

For Wednesday, two of my favourites:

I can see why, Vince.

Today I'll have a wooden covered pair; a '20s-'30s Robeson Electrician wearing Walnut and a somewhat recent Le Compagnon "Le Thiers" knife by Chambriard wearing Juniper.:)

That's a fistful of fairly fine looking forest products, JJ.

A gift I love from a turkish friend

Made me smile. The coffee cup is a nice and appropriate touch.

Today I’m carrying a pair of knives. They may share a common blade shape but they are uniquely different. They are well made, beautiful and functional tools. Did I mention the WOOD? After all it is Wednesday! Y’all have a good one! :D

Wonderful wood wearing workers, Ron.

A nice pairing of old and new, Steve.

Dave @Horsewright knocked that one out of the park, Dwight. Thanks for toting and showing it again.

Wednesday rosewood in the rosemary.

You have an appropriate natural setting for that pair, r8shell. Well done!

Really pleased with this new to me old Schrade cut co.

Very nice "new" knife, Nick. Lovely luster in the MOP.

I'm actually jealous of this knife, and I bought it for her! ;)

I can see why you feel that way and, still, you did the right thing.

Nice picture of a unique knife, David.

Northwoods Coolidge Jack in jigged cherrywood

Still one of my favorites that I don't own.

For August 1, Yorkshire Day:

Hartshead Barlow SFO from Sheffield, Yorkshire.

A Happy Yorkshire Day to all! :D

Nice pictures of some fine looking knive, gents. It's, also, National IPA Day!! That should dry your whistles.

Today my tote pair will be a couple tough hombes; a 1957 Wenger Swiss soldier knife and a super slicer '65-'69 Case Barlow.:D

Handsome hardy pair there, JJ.

Just got this Case Barlow CV yesterday so I think I'll tote it around today.

The more that I see of that run of knives, the more that I like them.

Sears Craftsman #95044, and Schrade 94OT:)

Classic cutlery, Jeff. It will be a good day with them along.

Kent is a Camillus made private label brand made for F. W. Woolworth

Thanks, pal, for showing that fine old knife in such a gorgeous picture.
