What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Todays Tuesday totes are both trappers; a GEC made Schrade in the #23 pattern and a Camillus made tribute to the courageous fire fighters.:)
Nice! Is the GEC/Schrade as massive as it looks? I like big knives...

Excellent pair of classic working patterns Jeff; both knives are as good as it gets, but your Cattaraugus is amazing!:thumbsup::thumbsup:
Hey, thanks, JJ!
Morning folks, I'm carrying two oldies today, an Alfred Blackwell Lambsfoot, and a 4-line Camillus EO Jack gifted to me by Mr paulhilborn paulhilborn :)

A couple of real classics, Jack. I love to see the old ones get some usage.

Love that photo! Love that OO 73! Mine will definitely be in my pocket tomorrow! :D

I always wondered about that...
Does that happen to other people too?

Have my knife, or knives of the day picked out, and then see someone else’s photo...

Exceptional looking Ulster!!

Thank you! That one spoke to me at a knife show a few years ago; a purchase I have never regretted.

Your Ulster BSA scout is marvelous Dean; an amazing pattern from a Devine cutler!:thumbsup::D

Thank you! :D:D

Oldies but goodies, Jack! :thumbsup::thumbsup:

I am trying to decide which knives to take with me to South Dakota for a hunting trip later this month. I think these two will make the cut (pardon the pun). My typical small fixed blade daily carry will be replaced by a buck ranger.

Not only a beautiful composition, but that Ram's Horn is magnificent:cool: Been after one for ages in dark horn, especially Spear....

Even if you don't bag anything on your trip, the knives alone will make for a worthwhile time.

Regards, Will

Two old jewels Jack! :)

Thanks a lot guys, I have always had a lot of affection for this old Alfred Blackwell in spite of the fact the blades are worn, and it having looked like it had been run over when I found it. Clearly, someone else loved it too, as all the blades were sharp as could be despite the wear :)
