What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Thanks Stuart!!! What a uniquely spectacular brassy jack from Allentown; it exudes character!:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Many thanks Stuart, it sounds like you and Ron had a great time together, that is a very interesting and unusual knife

Stuart this is a beautiful and unique knife with a lot of character. I think the patina is definitely part of that character! :)

Wow, Stuart. That is a great looking old knife; I've never seen one like that!:thumbsup:

Thanks, folks. Ron, I think that we initially ID'd that knife as a Hoffritz, squinting as we did so. That knife prompted my totin' choice for today.

For Friday I'm going with these two; a GEC Eureka jack and an Alox Victorinox Pioneer X.:)

That's a fairly functional pairing, JJ, and pretty modern for you.

Carrying another of my Hartshead Barlows today, along with the 2018 forum knife

Sweet HH, Jack.

Craftsman and GEC

The Craftsman is the prize, Jeff.

I think I'll have to find a pocket for Herr Elliot today.

Handsome old fella, Jer. (The knife, that is.)

Linus will be my only knife! :)

All that you really need, Ron.

A couple of Blackies for friday

They are radiant in their darkness, Steve.

Nice pairing and picture, r8shell.

I K Co. Barehead Metal Jack

Harvey, I really like your choice today and swear that I had already picked mine out before I saw your beauty. After my brass barehead swell end buddy of yesterday, I chose this Miller Bros. barehead swell end in steel today. It is linerless and the covers/bolsters are one piece. 1872-1926. It is another one that @Half/Stop helped me uncover in some boxes. Sharing my pockets is a Schatt & Morgan jack with a real clip(ped) main. 1902-1928.

Glorious grain, Dylan.

Thanks for the compliment Dylan! Ole Linus is quite photogenic. ;) I love Cases Yellow Delrin, especially the CV offerings. Always simple but effective!

Thanks, Dylan. Great shot of that timeless beauty.

Thank you, fellas, for the kind compliments!

Carrying a different Sowbelly with me today. This is one of the few knives I truly baby and don't bring it out very often. Odd blade configuration but makes for one of the most ergonomic carries.
