I agree with Peter. That is beautiful Case sowbelly. Are the scales the antique bone?

For me today it's a Queen City Cutlery canoe

Thanks Peter and texas ! The scales are Dark Molasses, it is the Sowbelly from the Tony Bose set. Don't tell the collectors I put it in my pocket, they'll be ticked :D

Sitting on the front porch with my harp, a good book and my Coats Toothpick. Nice way to spend an afternoon.

4ever3, don't think they'd mind, after all, if yours is less than mint, than theirs is worth more being mint... win, win situation! ;)

New for me lately, and the last 2 days has gained solo knife status, the canoe retired for a while.

4-1/8" Boker carbon Trapper, and some roosters I whittled with it sitting in the spring sun yesterday afternoon...

George,

You don't see too many old Cargill CC's in use anymore these days, especially a fine Sowbelly pattern from him. You have taken very nice care of her too I see. You are a class act. It's my wish she will bring you many more moons of fine performance in your hands.

I'm blown away by all the gorgeous knives everytime I see this thread.
Here is what I've dedicated to sporting for a week. Man if it had halfstops I'd be set!

A canal street cannitler in d2, my favorite 3 blade slipjoint.

Damn Sunnyd, that KH trapper is incredible!

Slimshaneee, I may have to switch up the the canittler myself after seeing that pic! Still carrying this 'ol jack around, I just love the feel of it, and it's a snap to bring it up to shaving sharp. Figured I'd pose it in front of my newest alarm clock's handiwork. His EDC is attached to his head:

Man I wish my pictures turned out as good as you guys do. And I even went to photography school. I guess I forgot a lot or something. Anyway, I got a new Copperhead that I love and it will be carried a lot.

Carried this one today. It had been sittin' on the nightstand for awhile. Each time I carry it, I realize what a great knife it is. I wish it was still available in the yellow CV Case lineup. I do feel lucky to have one.

I slipped this Camillus trapper over to the lab today and measured the blade hardness.

57HRC

That's the good stuff. Right there.
