Totin’ something different today. This is an old Ranger square end stockman from Providence, Rhode Island I believe. My brother in law was given this knife by his grandfather back in the early 1970’s. It originally had plastic scales, but my brother in law did a nice job replacing them himself with good quality tigerwood. He gave it to me about a year ago for Christmas, because he knows how much I love knives. I have to say that this is a very nice knife. Everything works like it should, and it cuts! The proportions are almost perfect to me at right around four inches. I wish GEC had a pattern this nice.

A whole lot a top shelf knives being shown today ladies & gents, I'm enjoying viewing them all while taking a coffee break on the patio.
Sunny and warming up nicely here, spending the day doing a bit of this and that around the yard. Finally feeling spring like enough that I
pulled the Adirondack chairs out of the garage and put 'em under the big back yard maple, our social gathering area for the season.
Have this AG Russell yellow delrin and Pal rosewood that Jason recovered for me. Have a bright Sunday folks.:)View attachment 1329308

Very cool knife, Jack!

And easy!
Nice dadly. And a nice reminder that a handle doesn't have to be fancy.

Thanks a lot guys :)

What a great quality trio Gary!

Looks like you practiced social distancing :D
You might enjoy a little story of one of my overnights in a hammock.
I used a couple of straps around two trees, then tied the hammock to those. During the night, I tossed and turned like usual and it was pitch black; I couldn't see anything really. In the wee hours I noticed something touching my hip. It was the ground. I had managed to shimmy the straps all the way down to the ground. Rather than reconfigure the whole thing, I just broke camp and left for a proper bed ;)

:D

My Sunday Tote...

Nice carry John :)

Have a pleasant Sunday, everyone!

Your pretty picture makes the Maserin look elegant, JJ. Well done.

The Dadley is a dandy looking knife, Jack.

Thank you, JJ. Whether work or play, you’re covered with today’s fine pairing. The wood on the Maserin takes the knife to another level. The lionSTEEL is quiet elegance. I like how you shot at an angle to the grain of the background,

Yikes! What are the dimensions of that one Harvey, here's a biggie of mine, I'll have to dig it out, but it's about 6" if I remember correctly

Thanks Pal. Your Joseph Rodgers is gorgeous. I do cotton to the Big’uns. Haven’t personally measured, but the seller’s specs seem about right(roughly:)). Closed 4 3/8” - Fully opened 7 3/4”.

@JohnDF - Thank you John. Much appreciated. What number pattern of the beautiful Ebony(?). Very elegant.

You Only Live Twice
Beautiful image, Gev.

Great knives and photos Harvey! :)
Thank you Ron. You’re killing it with today’s pair. The Lamb looks Spa fresh. The covers on the Northwoods is ooh la la.
