What are you trolling for if you don't mind me asking. This cold weather we are experiencing in New England has kept me off the water for the past two weeks and I'm having fishing withdrawals.

Got my Old Timer 5OT with me today the old USA made Schrade knives are really great, well made work horses.

Rainy nasty day here and my mother is 1500 miles away so most likely staying indoors today. With that I’d figure I would keep a few newer shiny Case jiggy bones nearby. The sowbelly is from ‘09 I believe and the sodbuster jr. is from ‘19. Both have yet to be used or make it into my pocket outside the house as I’m not sure if they’re staying. But for today I will gently enjoy their company.

Single and triple bladed sowbellies are my favorite patterns and I have a decent array of them in my collection (I’m tempted to start a dedicated sowbelly thread!) This one although not the best snapper is as smooth as butter and pretty as all heck.

As far as the sodbuster jr., it’s my only one. I grew tired of others bragging about theirs so I recently ordered this one. Now I know what all the hoopla is about!
