I'm glad I had the Bull Nose with me today. Turns out I had a tough job for it when we got home. A bag of ice had started to melt and I needed the Bull Nose to puncture the plastic bag to let some water drain before putting it in the freezer.

I never heard of the Fretboard Roadmap books but I did crash on the Fretboard Hwy.

I did all that for a guy this past winter ~ not a refret, thank God, but leveled, crowned, and polished, as well as new pickups, fixed a bad pot, etc. He paid me well for the work, and is happy with it, but not sure I’ll do it again. It’s too nerve wracking working on somebody else’s baby!

Yes it’s that knife. Lord no I haven’t even thought about fixing it myself. I’ve pretty much given up on Case ever responding to any of the 4 warranty requests I’ve submitted but its a great knife even without the repairs. I am just using it as my most everyday knife and if they respond I’ll send it in.
