What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just picked this Case Appaloosa Jack up at the gunshow on Sunday and haven't carried it yet, so today is the day. OH

Absolutely! It was the first time I'd had sausage since getting this guy in hand, so figured I'd use it as Mr. Bill intended! :D

The plastic fork did come in handy on the sides!
