Absolutely! It was the first time I'd had sausage since getting this guy in hand, so figured I'd use it as Mr. Bill intended!

The plastic fork did come in handy on the sides!

Metal forks are better than plastic forks. Same goes for knives.

I recall seeing this picture before, when I looked up "patina" in the Dictionary!! Just excellent color and quality to it. Amazing knife all around.
