4 Anna Half inches closed is daRn near "perfect" size for EDC, in my humble opinion.
You can get an good grip on em'. Not like say a SAK Classic SD size micro knife you can almost hold on to

Getting ready to go up to the mailboxes in an hour or so and will be taking this Schrade Fire & Ice Trapper with me. It's kinda heavy duty for a mail run but who knows I might run across some road-kill that needs skinning.

I hope this means your fire danger has lessened!
You remind me of a missed opportunity today. I was just a wee bit late to pick up some new roadkill. Well, ok. Maybe a few days late.
I even had my Schrade Improved Muskrat.
Ok, I probably didn’t need the knife. Like I said, maybe a few days.
Anyway, I missed out because some buzzards beat me to it. And there was more of them than me.

My (new) 30 year old Case Prototype Whittler came in today. It’s a big one, 4 1/2” closed. Model #6391. Color is called Snakeskin bone. Bomb shield. I’m pretty excited!

No, have not heard of him. I am sure I will be delving into Scandinavian cutlery at some point. As for the folder, I got a notice that FP is shipping my Thiers knife. Hope it doesn't take too long!
