Out at the country place for a couple of days, heating it up and cutting fir branches to use as covering against frost damage of plants. The Cat comes too and enjoys the exercise, the rodents don't share her enthusiasm, at least not for long

Knife that sees a lot of use out here is the CASE Med Stockman with Pen blade, find it really useful and would like to get an Amber Bone version but since the CASE embargo on selling abroad looks unlikely.

The interesting thing about this one is that the pins appear to be nickel silver while the liners are brass. This is the only GEC where I have seen this done. Maybe they ran out of brass pin stock that week.

That is a great Heartland Trapper Joey, @SVTFreak . It is one of GEC’s greatest knives ever in my opinion. I have the ebony version. BTW, what does Bobby think of GEC knives?
