If pressed to pick a favorite, one with classic good looks is always a good choice.
I am not that knowledgeable on identifying GEC models, so please forgive me, but what model is that? And do I see three blades?

This is the #35 Beer & Sausage "bar tool" knife. It has the main spear, a sausage fork/cap lifter combo, and a beard comb/rake. It is a wacky combo of tools, but perfect for my needs. The cap lifter gets a lot of work on the weekends...
