What "Traditional Knife" are ya totin' today?

Just another beautiful day in the neighborhood . Our first real snow this season .

I have these in my pockets today . Two of my many favorites . Stag Saturday . A day to be very thankful for my good friends and family's health .

We , as a country , are so blessed to have some pretty good doctors .

Mike @knifeswapper , you have designed so many beautiful knives, but, in my opinion, this version of the 77 Barlow might just be the best. Do you have any personal favorites?

I agree with what you and John have said about your 77 Barlow in Ironwood except the only thing that I would like to see different is to have the Clip Blade that was in the 2015 versions

Either way , they are some verrrrry nice Barlows .

Happy Saturday, y'all! Even with how long 2020 has seemed, it's hard to believe there's only 3 weeks left to New Years!

Have a great weekend :D

We had our first real snow of the season yesterday afternoon and last night. Only about 3-inches but it dang neared killed me shoveling it. Still having snow flurries this morning and I've still got to clear off some more snow around the shop. Since my surgery in February/March, the wife has to come out and watch me in case I fall. "God a Mighty" - I'd like to strangle the dude or dudett that said your Senior Years are your Golden Years. He or she must have been in their thirties when they said it. Anyway, had a hard time deciding which knife to carry to slice snow flakes with so I've slipped these two - a Sod Buster Jr. and a single blade Sowbelly - in my pockets to carry.

Do either of them have steel bolsters?
If not, that's the only upgrade I'd like to see on them.
Otherwise they seem to approach perfection, especially with the wood or red saw cut bone.
I would say that the Ironwood one has Steel Bolsters . I can use a good Magnet and stand it up . I Can Not do that with Ol Red .

Looks like you're ready to go cut down the Christmas tree.:thumbsup:

I was planning to have a few beers round the fire-pit with my neighbours, and thought both the saw and bottle-opener would come in handy John, but the weather has been so rotten here today, we decided to give it a miss :(

Happy Saturday All.
We are back on a semi-lock down / stay at home order.
But that won't dampen my spirits, we will do some grocery shopping and watch movies at home.
I'll have my Daily Lamb with me along with my Stagurday GEC #33 Conductor. Hope you all have a good weekend.

Great pic, and a positive attitude, buddy :)

I talked with him yesterday . He is doing OK . Just taking some time off .

Harry

Please give him our love Harry :)
